Girls Rock Camp Vancouver Fieldhouse
A website documenting the activities at the Girls Rock Camp Vancouver Fieldhouse at Falaise Park! This project is generously supported by the Vancouver Park Board’s Fieldhouse Activation Program which provides project space and access to parks to foster community-engaged activity that focuses on arts, culture, sport, environment, local food and social encounters.
The fieldhouse gave us the space to organize our volunteers, gear and lesson plans for our new Raycam after school program which took place every Thursday evening from April 14 to June 30. Kids in the program were instructed on how to use various instruments and jammed and danced together and made new friends.
