Girls Rock Camp Vancouver Fieldhouse
A website documenting the activities at the Girls Rock Camp Vancouver Fieldhouse at Falaise Park! This project is generously supported by the Vancouver Park Board’s Fieldhouse Activation Program which provides project space and access to parks to foster community-engaged activity that focuses on arts, culture, sport, environment, local food and social encounters.
On June 4th and 5th, GRCV collaborated with the Music Waste Festival to host two all ages outdoor events at the fieldhouse. We hosted 6 bands, such as Transistor Riot, Wut, and Gadfly. All performances were live streamed and can be found on our instagram. We also recorded interviews and performances of some of the bands and played them on our radio show later that month on Co-op radio 100.5fm.
